Project: Warora – Chandrapur – Ballarpur Toll Project

Four laning 64 km of Warora to Chandrapur to Ballarpur to Bamni in the Chandrapur district of Maharashtra, under a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (“DBFOT”) model. The project includes construction of 3 nos. of major bridges, 9 nos. of minor bridges, 67 nos. of pipe culverts, 2 nos. of slab drain, 2 nos. of under pass, 2 nos. of ROB and 2 nos. of toll plaza.

Client: Public Works Department, Maharashtra.

Concessionaire: Vishvaraj Infrastructure Limited.

Supervision Consultant: UPHAM International Corporation Limited.

Contractor: HG Infra Engineering (P) Limited.

  • Ensured that construction work complies with the client requirements.

  • Prepared project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends, recommending actions.

  • Maintained safe and clean working environment at site by enforcing rules, and regulations.

  • Reviewed/ checked shop drawings based on IFC/ design drawings.

Position: Site Engineer

Project: Construction of Package B2 in Yamuna Expressway (Noida – Agra).

Yamuna Expressway or Taj Expressway is a 6-lane (extendable to 8 lanes), 165 km long, access-controlled expressway, connecting Greater Noida with Agra in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is one of India's longest six-lane controlled-access expressway stretches. The total project cost was US$1.8 billion.

Supervision Consultant: Intercontinental Constructions and Technocrats (P) Limited

Contractor: S. P. Singla Constructions (P) Limited.

  • Worked on-site to plan, monitor, and supervise the construction of pile foundations, pile caps, PSC girders for an interchange bridge located in Mathura. Completed installation of more than 1300 nos. of pile foundations (1.2m dia. & 20-30m depth) at this project.

  • Reported daily site progress to the Project Manager.

  • Prepared RFIs for daily inspections on site.

  • Coordinated with Supervision Consultants for the site inspections.

  • Managed the site resources to achieve the required productivity.

  • Coordinated with store for the procurement of materials for the construction work.
