It’s a 10.75km package of Doha Expressway Programme namely G-Ring Road. The key assets of the project are roads, 4 nos. of major interchange bridges, 01 nos. of Metro Bridge, MSE Walls, Cycle track, 17 Nos. Bike path Underpasses, 4 Nos. of Vehicular Underpasses, Landscaping, Treated Sewage Effluent Network, Storm Water Drainage Network, Telecom Network (Ooredoo), Traffic Signals, Safety Furnitures, Street Lighting, Qatar Armed Force Network, Qatar Petroleum Culverts, Intelligent Transportation System Network, Potable Water Lines, and Electricity Networks for Light Voltage (LV), Medium Voltage (MV), High Voltage (HV) and Extra-High Voltage (EHV).

OCT 2017 - PRESENT AS QA/QC MANAGER | PROJECT HANDOVER MANAGER
Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, specifications, and QMS requirements.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and recommend improvements when required.
Report QA/QC related progress and tracking statuses to supervision consultant.
Attend weekly QA/QC meetings with supervision consultant and the client.
Provide training to QA/QC staff about the QA/QC issues to reinforce their awareness and prevent the non-compliance in the project.
Analyze CARs and NCRs and close them strategically as per requirements.
Implement the project audit scheduled for all multi-disciplinary systems and process on the construction task force including sub-contractors at the jobsites.
Prepare and issue audit reports noting system non-conformances (NCR's) and verifying effective corrective/ preventive actions.
Deliver audit assessment findings to the management and evaluate the need for any corrective/ preventative action.
Perform evaluations of sub-contractor’s facilities to determine their capabilities in meeting the quality requirements.
Establish and manage a field document control system for construction drawings, specifications, test and inspection reports, vendor data and as-built drawings.
Coordinate with key Stakeholders / End users to collect project specific handover requirements and establish project specific handover plan.
Review construction contractors commissioning and handover plan, schedule, and project handover deliverables.
Attend meetings with key stakeholders to track and update progress related to project handover activities.
Establish procedure for snagging and de-snagging inspections.
Coordinate with end-users and construction contractors to facilitate testing and commissioning activities.
Coordinate with the project team and preparing project closeout report for client and end-users as applicable.
Coordinate with client and end-users (Ashghal – HPD, ROMD, and DNOM | Non-Ashghal – QP, QAF, QNBN, Ooredoo, MME-PPD, and Kahramaa) for final inspections to obtained NOC / taking over certificate.
Advice and guide the construction and QA/QC team on the handover requirements. Ensure that the handover submissions like as-built drawings, spares, O&M manuals, maintenance tools, construction records, and quality records are timely approved; and, submitted to end-users to avoid any delay in handover the project.
Handover Completion dossier to client at final handover. Final dossier documents to upload in Ashghal DCU system.

Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS.
Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
Carry out internal audit on site as scheduled in Project Quality Plan (PQP).
Liaise with the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittal to consultant for approval.
Review method statement, material submission, pre-qualification of subcontractors.
Work in close coordination with the vendors/ sub-contractors and ensure that qualities of works are in accordance with the specification requirement.
Surveillance on quality and working procedures regularly and raising any concerns to construction team for immediate attention and corrections.
Coordinate and chair the site weekly/ monthly meetings with the projects team, consultant, and client.
Develop inspection procedures in coordination with construction team and implement the said procedure throughout the construction and commissioning stages.
Necessary assistance for getting approvals from the consultant for day to day project works.
To arrange / ensure timely inspection and approval of all materials / equipment delivered / completed installations at site by Consultants and maintain records.
To ensure timely action on any comments / complaints by the Contractor / Consultant/ Client and closing of Field Observation Reports / NCRs, if any.
To carry out preparatory, initial and follow up inspections as per the approved ITP.
Monitoring compliance of sub-contracted work’s quality on site.
Providing written reports and support to the QA/QC Manager.
Assisting with regular audits and surveillance to ensure proper compliance with procedures.
Project Engineer (Structures) at Vishvaraj Infrastructure Limited, India
Warora – Chandrapur – Ballarpur Toll Project, Maharashtra, India
Four laning 64 km of Warora to Chandrapur to Ballarpur to Bamni in the Chandrapur district of Maharashtra, under a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (“DBFOT”) model. The project includes construction of 3 nos. of major bridges, 9 nos. of minor bridges, 67 nos. of pipe culverts, 2 nos. of slab drain, 2 nos. of under pass, 2 nos. of ROB and 2 nos. of toll plaza.

Construction of Package B2 in Yamuna Expressway (Noida – Agra), India
Yamuna Expressway or Taj Expressway is a 6-lane (extendable to 8 lanes), 165 km long, access controlled expressway, connecting Greater Noida with Agra in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is one of India's longest six-lane controlled-access expressway stretches. The total project cost was US$1.8 billion.

Worked on-site to plan, monitor, and supervise the construction of pile foundations, pile caps, PSC girders for an interchange bridge located in Mathura. Completed installation of more than 1300 pile foundations (1.2m dia. & 20-30m depth) at this project.

Prepared RFIs for daily inspections on site.
